The OTOPS design team was founded in 2025 within the OTSR to create competition ready rovers to send to Drumheller, Alberta for the Canadian International Rover Challange. The logo above is the original creation by Aric Malcom, the team founder. While the team has a limited history, it continues to grow and mature significantly with many late nights of designing the prototype of what will become Ontario Tech University's first competition Rover.
